By accessing or using the Fangage platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fangage provides interactive engagement widgets for sports publishers, including polls, predictions, trivia, and other widget types that can be embedded on third-party websites. The Service includes a dashboard for managing widgets, analytics, and campaigns.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Fangage and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Fangage a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fangage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
